Fun With Newtonian Fluids.

What is a Newtonian Fluid you ask?  Wikipedia says:

A Newtonian fluid (named after Isaac Newton) is a fluid whose stress versus strain rate curve is linear and passes through the origin. The constant of proportionality is known as the viscosity. Click here to read it in full.

I say its fun, ours was made with cornstarch and water.  Then we wrapped a stereo speaker in a black trash bag, laid it down on the floor and turned up some bumpity bump music to make it dance.  It made some neat sculpture-like shapes and this is one of them.
